I keep calling their number to ask, but all I get is either a busy signal or message that the call could not be completed.

This is a Spirit level meltdown. Will probably take 4-5 days at least.

Had to charter a king air today today to get crews into position. Southwest left 7 of us stranded around Los Angeles.

I would avoid SWA for at least the rest of the week. They are cancelling about 2/3s of the flights through Thursday to catch back up. It is an absolute dumpster fire right now. They have already been cancelling stuff of my trip starting Wednesday.

Isn’t there something about if you are an E-7 or higher, and you have red Chief shoulder rank on the dress uniform instead of gold, that you‘d been in trouble? Is this the same?

It's legit. They do this from time to time. Really makes their employees feel the Luv.
