Yikes.
Deltoids are the only pilots in the industry who have a complex that think others wished they were them and wearing naval suits and hats.
Let the hate flow.

Actually, I think it's just you.
Seriously. If there was ever a case for a visit to Occupational Health, I think it would be a good opportunity for you to go talk to someone about your strange obsession with a company you don't work for.
I love the color of that wood paneling.
Well, I'm thinking that the nipple-size-to-cup-size ratio is unnatural.Nothing? Nothing at all?![]()
I thought we don't kink shame here.Well, I'm thinking that the nipple-size-to-cup-size ratio is unnatural.
Well that's not the direction I was going, but if your inclination is to equate "unnatural" with "bad", I guess I can see how you might make that assumption.I thought we don't kink shame here.
You’ve yeeeeEEEEEE *APU noises* your last haw, pardnerI feel like we just glossed past the fact they had a group of people called a "APU Sheriff."
Was there a mascot? Did they have badges?
OMG! OMG! Did they write tickets?!
Seriously. Dude lives in the part of the country with the best weather, any kind of cultural/culinary/other recreational experience imaginable accessible, plus enough money and travel bennies to enjoy it and is just miserable. At this point it’s not even mocking him to say that, it’s genuine concern and a wish for him to have a happier, better life. It’s bad when I’m the one thinking that somebody needs to get a hobby.
That was during negotiations, that’s over now. Was a great time indeedI thought pilots were refusing to wear the hat? Or have the political officers there enforced compliance?![]()
And as soon as one of these balls one up, @Cherokee_Cruiser will be up in here going “see????”Those do seem to be catching on here though, between UALs Aviate, SWAs D225, and probably a couple of others. Be interesting to see their effectiveness here, new as they are. Still on the fence about them personally.
Because I’m willing to talk about it. Most pilots just circle the wagons and laugh at the other pilot group when they can get a chance.
My theory is when we talk about poor leadership we can improve. Sadly there is no shortage of poor leadership on the flight deck these days.
Examples are easy to find. When I see a pilot bagging on an entire pilot group I point out it can happen where you work too. I’ve seen it.
In your eyes that’s a problem. In mine it’s a chance to show real leadership and improve. That’s leadership. I don’t care if 3 or 4 other people I’ve never met in real life get to point out anonymously that I have problems because in my day to day the people I work with thank me for my leadership.
I ask for feedback and let my coworkers know I want to be better. Last night it was thank you for not being a complainer. The previous trip thanks for not getting political.
Sadly it’s easy to be better than average. I’ll keep trying to be better than that.

Meh, I don’t really care. At that point, with that level of wealth and where he is in his career, misery and jealousy are conscious choices. The reason he gets ragged on a lot is it seems like it’s become an entire personality and (at least speaking for myself), people get tired of hearing it over and over again so they start giving him crap.Seriously. That cup of tea looks normal sized to me.Well, I'm thinking that the nipple-size-to-cup-size ratio is unnatural.
