UND JC Meet and Greet

anyone bringing significant others? i don't think my wife will want to come listen to a bunch of aviation talk

I honestly can't say because it was my first time jumpseating through GFK. But it seems like a lot of other pilots had the same idea as us that weekend. And all the Pinnacle and Mesaba guys of course had priority over us. Another thing - on Sundays only CRJs and Saabs fly the route. If there was a 9 on Sundays it would help a lot.

It was fun waiting in MSP for the flight to GFK. The gate area was like one big UND aerospace reunion!

Yeah, no joke...it's always a reunion at the MSP airport, even non-aviation people...I swear I always see a person, at the MSP airport, who I know. Then again, I've usually travelled only during the holidays/breaks which is when everyone else travels...
 
I'm still planning on going. How are we going to know where to sit though? Should we just look for someone familiar?
 
Yeah, how is that going to work?

Someone should stay by the door and hold a big "JC - Follow me" sign. :sarcasm:
 
Well, that was quite the Meet & Greet. I'd say Buffalo Wild Wings is one of ND's finest establishments!

Not only does going to the hospital on a saturday suck, but a lack of flying when the weather is nice sucks too. I guess if I can't fly, I might as well feel good with a bunch of drugs.
 
I haven't been flying at all either if that makes you feel better. I'm like 5 behind template now so I'm staying over Spring Break to catch up.

Needless to say, it's be a hectic week...no scratch that, been a crazy month. :whatever:
 
I'm 4 behind template now, but thankfully I only have 6 lessons left in 323 plus the solo time. Hopefully after spring break I can get it done pretty quickly.
