I am considering attending ATP. Please advise

Yoda, you just fell from grace man. Swapping a Luscombe for a C-140? Thats like the time Hugh Grant got busted with a crack ho when he was married to Elizabeth Hurley!

"Yoda, you just fell from grace man."

I don't think I ever had much grace here in the ATP fourm.....

But anyways, I lost favor in the airplane when it swapped ends on me, and decided that if I'm gonna instruct in a taildragger, it would be one with brakes on both sides and one not quite so easy to ground loop. I used to train in and own a Cessna 140, and I wouldn't mind having another one.

Andrew, you wouldn't fit in it. Have you ever sat in one?

The Luscombe is a neat little plane. I've ridden in one once. It's real short coupled. If the nose moves an inch, the tail has moved a foot! I just got my tailwheel endorsement in a Citabria a couple months ago. I'm going to attempt to get checked out in the Swift sometime near the end of the month.

it's aerobatic backwards :)
those things look like fun, but i've only been in an L-4 cub and a 172.
v------------- i loved the cub ------------v ...but the 172 has cabin heat :D

It was a 1964 Champion Citabria model 7ECA, and backwards it does spell "Airbatic". I got to ride through a couple snap-rolls. They were fun.
