Did I ever say I was starting at Comair?
And yes, Jerry and Hyrum (board of directors) are good family friends.

Trust me, not a lot of ASA pilots like the term either, but they realize that is what it is and that there isn't a damn thing they can do about it.
I have a horrible taste in my mouth when it comes to Skywest, they can not be trusted.
I also have a slight feeling that some Skywest pilots may actually enjoy the current (no contract) and ultimate fate (ASA fully absorbed into Skywest - flying under the Skywest banner) of ASA. Now that to me, is sick - sick because once again I am seeing a great southern based airline being eaten alive by big papa. - Just my opinion - perhaps the future will prove me wrong. I'm not holding my breath.
I've spoken to a few veteran SKYW pilots recently and it was made apparent to me that the general feeling is ASA will become SKYW within the next 36 months.
Good? Bad?
You decide.
Would it?
What if SKYW dissolves ASA?
Who knows?
Stay tuned though..

I must have missed your background. Are you a pilot for ASA? Hardly anyone at SkyWest wants to absorb ASA. You shouldn't listen to your feelings on this one.
Also wonder if COMAIR sits in the same class as GOJETS and FREEDOM (along with others alike).
..which is a good choice for a regional?
Saw the opening, had to take it.

I Most of the guys at Freedom now had nothing to do with the original Freedom.
Well, the Freedom beast was slayed.
The powers-that-be at CMR are more or less still in power and they're still suing the union for millions.
Can you atleast tell us what it stands for?
