this article makes me giggle.
College is about more than college. UND probably needs to hear it.
I think UND should partner up with some Phoenix-located state University. This would pose a huge threat to ERAU and allow people to consider this as a huge money saving option, with the quality of flight training being similar. Living in Phoenix will make more out of your college experience than an uncivilized location like Grand Forks.
No. You can only go up to 222 there. It's also partnered with only a community college...2-year Associate's Degree, that's all you get. You can't get a Bach. degree there![]()

Ahhh, didn't realize that. Lot more $$$ for UND if they make you come up here to blow the last $20,000 worth of training I guess.
Ohhh no, it doesn't matter I'm such a good pilot they don't care if it's an Associate's Degree.
I already got hired by American Eagle, I just have to finish my ratings.
I ate at the dining center today (Terrace aka Tear a$$)
I overheard people behind me talking about sweatpants, and everyone was wearing ulgy sweatshirts and sweatpants that were absoribing the smell of the dining hall and collecting stains. Very SEXY!
Out of everyond, I saw a couple people dressed up and they really stood out! It's like the movie Pleasantville. You try to color the town and people get angry!
selling clothes at the mall eh?
actually no, that was a direct quote from a promotional video for one of those stupid pilot factory things.... im sure someone can post the video. it was QUITE humorous.
Better yet, work for Walmart...
...Walmart aviation that is!
Tell them that on a date, "Oh yeah, I work for Walmart," when in reality you're a pilot for the company.
They don't pay that bad for the corporate flying department right?
That's why I'd love to be able to say on a dinner date that "I work for American Eagle" and they'll just assume you sell clothes...and just leave it at that....then they won't think that you're a rich pilot making $300,000 a year...and then all of a sudden nolonger be interested in you because they find out you make $18,000
When you let them assume you're a poor retail clerk and continue to date you, you at least know they're not in it for the money! :insane:
