Boeing Lounge 737 gate cooling tips

Please, please start adjusting the temp dials on the climb out. Sucks to be in a freezing cabin even above 10k.

After takeoff check when I’m checking the bleed panel, I’ll dial them up slightly. And then re-adjust accordingly.

One pack running off an idling engine bleed and it’s doing its level best to get duct temp to 20° C and he’s probably over here cranking it full cold thinking that does something

After takeoff and climb out?

Puh lease. :) I’m the one who shuts down the engine during taxi in, 60-70% of the time notice that no one turns the left pack off. (Then I’ll ask for it). And if it’s a hot day, ask for the APU on and run the bleeds on it for the supp procedure.

People blow this up like it’s rocket science. It isn’t that hard.

When the FO is hand flying, yes. I’m 5 10 with decent arm length. It’s no problem.

I appreciate this from CA's. Much like turbulence, I really don't notice or care. Probably my weak point in this industry. But if that control cabin temp is off, you better believe I'm moving it! (also I'm rarely not in autopilot on climb out above several thousand feet......not trying to be the best at exercising)
