Karma? I've never changed a C560 windshield but most windshield changes I have done on jets are not fast, cheap or easy. Does Textron still make new C560 windshields?

I would also point out you need to commit to the VFR. You can't jut barge off and expect to pick up a clearance at 1,500'.

I have effectively used TEC, yes, in a jet, but like VFR, you need to commit to it and plan to be spat out on the other side of East Bumblefrack Approach, 4 or 5 ARSAs or TRSAs down the line. Treat any shortcuts or climbs as a bonus.
