Trans-Aero Medical E90 King Air crash

idk what approach would allow for an rnp 5 with any sort of minimums below msa

the vibe on losing gps without any land navaids for 1500 miles along the hopper route was that irs only would get you to the terminal area for a let down vfr over the ocean and pick up the airport visually. granted the vis was always pretty good outside of rainshowers, but after a few months of flying it a radar in ground map could be used in worst case scenario. islands make that much easier than over land
