Thank you to the pilots who have been very appreciative and understanding of our situation. Things are going to start getting chippy here in a week or two. $0 paycheck coming for us in 2 weeks if this isnt sorted out.

Im so glad to be forced report to work for free so Speaker Johnson can hide the Epstein files as long as possible.

What's the best way to express appreciation for you folks over the air without sounding like a • or going into a dissertation? I've just been using "appreciate you guys" in my sign off.

I can’t speak for everyone but honestly I don’t need like a thank you from everyone, but just some patience and grace on the Freq is nice. I’ve had some guys say something along those lines or even just “thanks for coming in” and it is nice.

Just a total crappy situation for us being used as political pawns. No idea how long this will last but we’ve already seen some cracks. People at places like BUR who already do not make anywhere near enough money to live in that area are going to have a lot less patience for this than someone at a Level 12.

Right now I’m hoping the union is able to work w Duffy to stop these threats of no back pay or punishment for calling in sick. We’ve been crapped on as a workforce forever, this years been awful with the DCA crash and the Elon Crap, like just leave us alone.

I banged out of my OT today and will be chugging NyQuil every night from here on out. Sure I’ll show up, but I ain’t talking to no planes. Actually, Sunday is my daughter’s birthday so I’m banging out then too.

I mean it's Conservative Plan 4-X: Break government, say "government can't do anything, see!," privatize it so that Elon or whomever the next grifter-apparent is can make a quick buck, then force a Democratic administration (if we ever have one again, that is) to clean up after 'em at great cost and with screaming opposition from Piss-Ant Little Red States.
 
So staffing is terrible, the in-flow of new entrants into the field is a mere trickle and Road Rules wants to fire controllers for being upset about not getting paid?

It’s almost like we put people in positions of consequence that don’t know what they’re doing. I’m sure they’ll post MealTeamSix, I mean, some half-trained former J6’s ICE brigade at the gates to keep controllers at work.

I've been getting more good jobs from pilots the last couple days which I appreciate. It would be nice if the students would stop making special requests (like using the crossing runway or asking for short approaches) when I'm already busy.
