American September 2025

I applied and right after, on the candidate profile, it says not selected (this is where you're looking at your applications). Is that normal?
 
It can be 2 things, 1 you have to put your Certificate Number and Date Issued in their Specified Format that was Listed and if Left Blank or Incorrect Format it States you will be Removed from Consideration. Or 2 did you Select you have or do not have Dispatch Experience/ FlightKeys Experience ?

I definitely filled that part out correctly. I made sure to, one of my co workers got the same result.

I put no dispatch experience. Weird thing is that I didn't receive a TBNT..

Yes because u don’t have any aviation experience and it says you have to have certain criteria in the job qualifications. I didn’t bother applying cus I only have 3 years of aviation experience

I have dispatch experience, and my co worker does as well, even with all the correct answers selected we both got “Not Selected.”

The AI is looking for something super specific I guess….

Do you have college education because you have to have a degree and experience.
 
In the job specific section, the last question asks if you meet the experience/education requirements. If you answered no, it will automatically say not selected.

No degree here, that’s probably what took me out. Womp womp…

My co worker responded yes to the last question and was also taken out.

Oh well, there’s always next time :)

Not saying that's the only thing that takes you out. Just saying if you are thinking someone could still look at your application and consider it despite not meeting the requirements, they won't, because that question and others in the job specific section automatically kick out applications.
 
Mine says "new application" for now and the last few hours....... aviation degree/work for an airline/ I did put "no" on the dispatch/flight keys experience
