According to FlightAware, the plane is Southern Airways Express Flight 246 that took off from Dulles and was headed to Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

The TKS equipped birds we had at MAC were quite capable. Kept the wings nice and clean.

Was going into MSP the night Paul Wellstone's KingAir went down. The ice that night was no joke. Anything without really hot wings was going to have a serious issue. Sometimes the ice really is that bad.
