According to the FAA, he does NOT have his certs back.

So, either the FAA spokesman is wrong(unlikely) or ‘ole Trevor is flying illegally.

Or posting old footage and spinning it as new

So Trevor Jacob commits several felonies in an airplane, deliberately, and films it, and somehow keeps his ticket.

Meanwhile some poor schmuck is being denied a class three because he had a DUI once 20 years ago, and another guy got sad once when his marriage imploded and made the mistake of seeking therapy so now has to spend 15 grand on cog screens to keep his career.

Great job, FAA. Great •in' job.

Tl;dr: those idiots gave Trevor his PPL back.

He didn’t “keep” his ticket. it was revoked. But revoked pilots can usually reapply a year after revocation.

It will be kind of fun to watch his prison videos.

The new certificate was submitted as evidence in the court case and is public. Maybe I’ll go back and find it but he has one somehow.

Don’t put it past the FAA spokesman to just pull up the same airmen register that’s 3 months behind like the rest of us would.
