Morbid curiosity. Upgrade times?

Crew-Tel has been great for me in Denver, even though they lost my favorite hotel it is still pretty good. Between them and ID90 Travel app I haven't had any trouble.

Sorry to necropost. Still having pretty good luck with Crewtel in Denver? Any other suggestions? Thinking of switching bases this spring for a shorter commute and a small seniority bump.

Well I fixed my commuting problems by moving back to Denver in July so I don’t have any new info for you. I had a bad experience at the Aloft the last time I used it, but otherwise it was generally good. The shuttle service sucks to all the hotels so be ready for that. I was fortunate since I brought my car down when we started looking for houses.

Crew-tel has the Holiday Inn Express Tower Rd for 79.00 right now for their cheapest option so I'd probably try that first and then the LaQuinta on Tower with ID90.

If you do end up out here let me know and I'll tell you some tricks with the shuttle, and help you out with anything else you need.

How is the 717 flying?

Not as good as it once was, but still pretty good. In response to SWA starting inter island service, the 717 started doing overnights instead of just day trips. That ticked a lot of people off. There are some trips with multiple "long" sits and plane swaps. Lots of two days with 7 legs on day one and then 6 legs on day two. The biggest issue right now is that HNL has 8L torn up so the operation is pretty delayed all the time.

Probably has its ups and downs. A lot.

You can bank on that.

Could have held A on 4 diff aircraft, in 3 diff bases…absolutely insane.
