WRONG!!!Yes California sucks, even the libbies are going to Austin so they’re leaving too.
I moved out of Austin in the last year to beautiful Northern CA! (CA as in California). Not everyone wants to leave CA.

Holy •…Perhaps you are right I came off to directly and should not have made this comment. Again I am happy to be on this site and read the posts. I was never big with the internet forums and such but my mentor from Envoy told me about it. For which airline do you fly for?
Welcome! I can clear up any doubts from some of these goof balls around here… just tell me the initials of the 8-ball in your class and we’ll shut these jokers down.I think that is uncalled for. I speak english fine just not always when typing and on internet (Who cares?). You are correct that SOC is not a usual term anymore (but it defintely still exists and most know what it means). And I am damn proud of my time there. And what does it matter that I was not a military pilot? Not sure how you relate that to the discussion.
I am no spring chicken. Not as young as some of you young folks getting hired at the airlines. If you would like to know, I left the military doing non flying things but always flew and got my ratings. Decided to quit "corporate" life and join the regionals (Envoy). Loved my time there and all the people I fly with!
Fast forward couple years and in the current hiring wave I recently got picked up by United.
Really think you should take a step back and think before you speak man!!
Hello Mike. I do not have class date yet/offer so do not know anyone. Defintely excited to hear back though. I do not worry about the goofballs much. Dealt with plenty of bad characters as a Marine and handled them accordingly. These are just juvenile punks wishing they had a life as good as I do, trust me. They do not phase in me in the least bit.Welcome! So you “ work for major airline “ but don’t have a class date or offer yet? Maybe you should just go away now. You’ve pretty much dug your own grave on this forum.Hello Mike. Doing the interview was so much fun. You could see the interviewers were blown away by my story and special ops background. I am a far cry from the typical applicant and they appreciated it. So where do you fly Mike?

I think my wording was confusing to you. I have the job "offer" but do not have official starting date/class date. Maybe I am wrong, but I consider that to be "working for a major airline". Again I have just not started officially, but will be starting soon since I have that offer (aka, golden ticket). Make sense more now?So you “ work for major airline “ but don’t have a class date or offer yet? Maybe you should just go away now. You’ve pretty much dug your own grave on this forum.

So, I can tell these guys doubt your story. Let's help these bozos out...
- When you entered the training center - what room is just behind the large double staircase? You would've gone in there at some point.
- What is the common acronym for the training center?
