Augh. Yeah, no kidding. I still think it’s an excellent long term play. But it’s definitely the only and last Chinese stock I’ll ever own again. That DiDi fiasco was the final straw for me.
Small victories - got another completion today.
Somehow they managed to cobble up 5 flight attendants on 5 different pairings. The longest one has been out of base for 8 (!!!) days with a second f/a coming up on 7 days out of base. I asked them why they didn’t just jump seat themselves home? after their 4th day. They were worried about their inflight supervisors and getting points on their record that would lead to their eventual firings.
to be honest I was wondering when our meltdown was coming this year because they are annual events. But this is the worst one of the 7 annual meltdowns over the past 8 years.

You're reaching and what you are stating isn't even close to being accurate. AA today has cancelled about 1% total network flights. I think Spirit is over 50. Just the AA haters pulling out random articles that have no basis in fact.

There were other, more colorful comments which I’ll withhold. Sucks, hopefully NK rebounds quick as we’ve all experienced meltdowns and it ain’t fun. Still have 2 (3?) positive space round trips to claim after various SJI meltdowns over the years, stuff happens man.

All of the above. Spirit uses contract employees for basically everything outside of FLL. IT has had a lot of issues, inadequate rampers, lack of communication from the top down, etc. Phone tree would just shut down when 30 people were queued.
Just a complete meltdown. Similar to the southwest thing a couple of months ago.
