I don’t think it’s out of the question. It would probably be hard for your friend if she/he isn’t internal or doesn’t know someone that works there.. I would just recommend your friend apply and hope for the best, no harm in applying and maybe they get lucky. Sometimes airlines prefer the no experience so they have a clean slate to work with.

Oh they’re applying. Just wasn’t sure what they realistically have ended up hiring in the past.

He is, but when I apply for something and don’t hear anything for a long time, I always think of instances like this.

It took 2-3 weeks before I received email about taking video interview last year, so I wouldn't sweat it if you don't hear right away.

Have u called the 1800 number? If they verify they have your test results you're good

My status is “Pending Completion of Gallup Assessment” but I already finished it yesterday. I went back to try to do it again and it says the assessment is already completed. Hmmm...
