After the stories I've heard during the lost decade and from guys that were regional FO's for close to 10 years, new hires really have no reason to complain. Yet, we do anyway because after all we are pilots, new and naive but still pilots. .

I’m not sure how many jets we have right now but slotted for 30 in the next few years. Q’s will slowly go away as ERJ’s come online.
