To expand further on how LCR will work:
- Long Call Reserve:
- Ability to bid for as many consecutive days of work as desired as an LCR Pilot in order to obtain up to 12 consecutive days off. This is a voluntary option and will be bid through PBS preferences. The required FAR 117 30-hours off in 7 days will be provided as determined by Crew Scheduling and will not count as a day off.
- A LCR pilot will be continuously available commencing at 0001 on the first day of the reserve sequence until 2359 on the last day of the reserve sequence with a minimum callout of 12 hours, except that the pilot may be not be required to report sooner than 1300 domicile time on the first day and, and a Pilot will be auto-released in the absence of any assignment at noon on the last day.
- A LCR pilot escalated to short call reserve will be paid 150%, above guarantee, until he is returned to long call or until receiving a day off.
Also, 15% of reserve line will be LCR.
