"A path to exceptional pay" lol
Just saw an ALPA post that Spirit pay is 40% below other airbus operators
Try not to leave a pile of bodies on the way.And about twice what GoJet pays. It's all about climbing the ladder.
Fun fact: When Spirit signed their contract in 2010 they were well above US Airways in pay and QOL. ( so I'm told anyways )

I have no idea what that means.
If I had to guess it's the practice of regional pilots stabbing their brothers in the back to get ahead.
But you have to be a female Asian fighter-pilot to get on with Delta!!!. There are many ways to climb it, and none of them are "right" or "wrong". They're just a function of choices, preparation, and opportunity.
Nope. Nothing from the MEC on this, yet?Did SPA ALPA have to sign off on this? I would be surprised if they did, given the current state of relations. Having a hard time attracting new hires is a heavy tool in the union's bag at this point.

Air Wisconsin
There was an AWAC guy that left for Spirit, got fired in training and came back to AWAC. I don't know your guys story but that's pretty odd. He must be in it for the bonuses, maybe ex mil?Funny industry this is. There's a Spirit pilot in the current Whiskey class.
