I would stand down on contacting HR before talking with a good attorney and pulling your own records. You don't want to voluntarily divulge to the company information that they might not actually have access to when that information is not relevant or legally required for you to divulge. And you don't know for sure what they are seeing. As @Pilot Fighter suggested, they may NOT be seeing what you think they're seeing. It's the old tried and true rule: in court, never ask a question to which you do not already know the answer.Curious what you guys would recommend saying when I call HR? Should I include some of the false statements i was accused of saying? Just not sure what i should say.
