I'm a 4"10 grown woman so there is no chance I can become a pilot correct?

One of the best pilots I've flown with carried her own height cushion with her... It won't affect you at all.

Always hilarious when said captains brief the FA about the need to stow their jumpseat in the event of an emergency so he can get out. Figure I'll just use his blubbery backside as a step up out the hatch.

It's not just the CRJ they can't get out of. I think it's every escape hatch on every plane.

Well to be fair fat is just height on a different axis

You will be fine. There are a few aircraft you would have trouble with but they are few and far between. The bigger issue you will face will be V1 cuts in certain aircraft and body strength.
