Steve O1?

Was the offer made as an inducement to land so as to stop the torture of an aerobatic demonstration?

Even easier than that, she brought it up in casual conversation in the SuperCub.

I think if I were a student pilot or a freshly-minted PPL, I'd find the videos entertaining and informative to watch.

SteveO1 has great production quality, just not very technical.

There are a few other pilot vloggers that get ~10k views or more per video. If they're a pilot and have a videography hobby then good on them for using it as side income and creating content for others.

The guys discussed so far are ok for the most part. But, not naming names, there is a guy flying a light twin on the west coast who makes me cringe at least once in every video.

Starts with an M and ends with ossy?

I didn't watch the original video, but I was really confused and thought that Steve O from Jackass was a pilot and doing aviation videos now.

The videos that Jason Schappert does for MzeroA are pretty solid. I've gone to them a couple times over the years for refreshers on certain things, or just looking for a different explanation. He's got a good style, in my opinion.

I think I know who you're talking about. He's based at my local airport (not KOAK) and is well known. I feel like it's a matter of time with that guy, hopefully he doesn't hurt anyone..

That guy is awesome!

No.

Could be. The geographic area is right.

Nah. This guy is in a light twin. I think I looked it up once; a Cessna 310 or maybe the heavier 320.
Jerry or something? I think I remember one of his videos, a 320 I believe.

If I facepalmed any harder during a Bravo transition video (where he just decides to level off at an altitude before his assigned), my fist would be lodged in my own brain

I said I wasn't naming names :D.

There's one where he gets the ANAHEIM SID out of KFUL. Had filed direct and never looked at the applicable Departures (there's only one, to get you around the LA Bravo on the way north ). Apparently briefs it, indicates he coordinates it with the en route chart. When ATC vdctirs him to join an airway, he says, well, there goes the SID, pretty much tosses it aside, and asks what radials the airway is on. The airway is the first expected leg of the SID.
