I pulled this from JS Firm and just loved the ad too much not to share. They have 80 to 100K listed as pilot pay and it's a 4 on/2 off deal.

MUST have at least 1500 Total Time and 100 hours PIC in Cessna 208 Caravans. Does not matter how much TT time you have if you don't have Caravan Time, you will not be considered. Regs, read them and you will know why. We fly day & night, single pilot IFR in Commuter Service. If you have close to 100 hours in Caravan's, possible.
Bonus: If you are an ATP with Piper Chieftain time, you'll make more. King Air nice to have.
Good attitude and friendly toward passengers, you will be interacting with the same passengers often. This is a place where the passengers "Know Your Name" and treat you like family.
You will at times have to load and unload baggage and refuel your own aircraft. We will teach you how to operate the fuel truck, don't worry.
Only three things you have to think about to work for my company when it comes to making a decision, #1 Can you do it safely. #2 Is it good for the customer. #3 Is it good for the company. Answer Yes to # 1 and #2, then Just Do It. We can talk about #3 later
Salary Range: $80,000`-$100,000
