I peaked at 90 mpw. Yes it was a BQ course. I ran boston in 2015: 2:45 in bad conditions.Thats super legit. How many miles per week are you running? Was it a BQ course?
Did about 6 miles in 1.1 hours, my pace is getting better but I have to let my calves rest a couple of days when I do those longer runs.
+1 for foam roller but it is absolutely brutal until you get used to it.
Will any foam roller do?

Any of y'all use a heart rate sensor? I started to use a Wahoo Tickr and it's sweet. But now I'm scared I'm damaging heart. I set up the target zones to fit my age but I'll always in the 85-90% area and I really don't feel strained.
Anybody have any insight? To keep my heart in the anaerobic zone I have to slow way down.![]()
