Newest USAF pilot on the block!

Good job!

Enjoy IFF and FTU. You doing Luke/Holloman, Tucson or San Antonio?

Congratulations, well done.

Getting winged is just a small stop on the way to much larger challenges (and much larger feelings of accomplishment as well!).

When I was an IFF IP and Flight/CC, the #1 indicator of success was attitude -- far more so than UPT grades or "hands" -- so study hard, chair fly, and be ready to learn! The hard part is just beginning.

Finally pinned on that hardware yesterday! Thanks to everyone here that I've bugged to get me where I am today! Next stop... Vipers!
Well done, congrats! Be proud and wear those wings well. Pretty damn exciting! I hope you have a long and satisfying career.

Remember, you suck until told otherwise.

:)

Unfortunately it's a kinder gentler military.

We can no longer tell people who suck how much they suck.

Now everybody is a winner, some are just bigger winners than others.

You realize you're whining about people whining? Now I'm whining about you whining about people whining! Welp, time for more push-ups I guess...

congrats @atracnitrix on the new shiny stuff on your chest!

This must be new.

I told dudes they sucked at Flying all the time as an IP. Every quarter one would break down into tears... Never was an issue until it was a female student and my female boss pulled me in. She wanted me to know that girls cry when they deal with stress. Once I told her it was usually Marine dudes who start crying in my debriefs she chuckled and told me to carry on.

Negative on that one. I'm actually Air National Guard and my unit has Vipers. However, as I understand, they're currently trying to get the F-35 mission.

Congrats! I just met a guard guy in AAs training center. He got on with them after his 5th year flying A-10s.
