WN Asst Dispatcher Openings

Burrito and lt Dan calm down. I'm not interested. I want to dispatch more than just the 737. My career is strengthened by knowing a wide variety of acft, not just one. Personally I don't understand the buzz of all the luv.
 
The only thing I can add is the fact that I worked for WN on the ground ops side for 10 years and I would love to go back as a dispatcher in the future. It is one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

You are making a big mistake if you turn down Southwest based on the 737 only fleet.

Bottom line is if Southwest, Delta, United, Fedex, UPS or American post a job, you should apply and take it if offered. The differences are not so great to turn down any of those. You will make a lot of money and have a good career at any of the big four plus the two big cargo carriers. The differences between them are pretty small now especially once we ratify our new contract here at AA in the next few weeks.

Wow, your ability to ignore advice is absolutely astounding!

If you do somehow end up making it into the industry, please learn to listen to others for the sake of those flying in the planes you may dispatch. That is a huge red flag to me.

Not sure why I'm commenting on this though, it's not going to be heard anyways.
