Spirit Hiring

Looks like some interview emails went out. Anyone know how long you generally remain an assistant, and is that starting at 45k or do you start at a percentage of that until you upgrade?
 
You'll be an assistant until you comp check and are on the desk. Assistant is a percentage of first year, but I can't remember the exact amount.
 
Got the email today for the phone interview. Anyone know what to expect. Would it be more dispatch oriented questions or HR related?
 
Do we have any Spirit employees on here? Made a slight boo boo on my resume when I applied for the Asst DX position. I need a number for recruiting.

Not to point out the obvious or anything but read the previous posts by Speedbird57 and johnotd and you'll seek your answer.
 
Well they just posted on jun 22nd I think. I'm not sure if test/interview invites have happened yet but if not I think the posting is still up on the website
 
Does anyone on here have a copy of Spirit's newest contract? The TWU's website only has the old one that expired in 2012. Just looking for the new pay scale breakdown.
