So because Endeavour is wholly owned would you reccomendd them over Compass?

I recommend which ever hires you. That's usually a deciding factor, and the chance of getting an offer from both at the same time I'd assume are pretty slim.

Edit to add: when I got my license, I went all out and applied for every single job opening with every single airline. The first job is the toughest as they say.

Ha! I'd imagine a bunch others have as well - it's a beautiful place. Good luck to all who apply -- there are some great options for getting your feet through the doorways. As @Luigi said, the first job is the hardest to get.

FYI - Compass posted their SOC Planner/supervisor position.

There is some internal interest, but honestly I dont think much. Its my current position, its a Dispatch Supervisor/planner position, a salary position.
