Just got done with the interview at Endeavor and was offered a CJO along with 2 others in my interview!!! Top notch operation and awesome experience. Class date is Oct. 5th.

Interview day is pretty long depending on how many people are there for the job. It is a 3-1 interview with an HR, Line Pilot and Management Pilot. 50% HR, 50% technical with some behavioral questions thrown in looking for "CRM" type answers. Again great experience and anyone thinking about going to he regionals should consider Endeavor.

Congrats, I'm happy to see the growth. I start class Sept 8th so I'm sure I'll eventually run into you.

We were routinely like that back when Endeavor was Pinnacle as 'Northwest Airlink.' Northwest's schedule policy was very different from Delta's. Being a NWA regional was limited to basically Mesaba and Pinnacle. Then Delta decided to give us flight schedules with 35 minute turns in ATL and things went sour quick. The initial 16 CR9 contract in ATL was almost cancelled before being saved.

What made you pick them? With everyone hiring, seems like you could go just about anywhere.

What? Why?

If you cannot see the negative connotation that jumps from your first comment not sure what else to say. A member is excited they have a new job with said company and your reply is...."Why pick them?.......You could go anywhere..." Intention or nor, It doesnt take much to get from your first reply to "....That was a bad pick...."

I agree, don't steal Derek's thunder. To you I say Congrats! And enjoy your time there.

Just be careful with something like "anyone thinking about going to he regionals should consider Endeavor." Some will question that.

I like how everyone is saying killjoy and bad attitude and stuff like that. He's not even at endeavor folks. He went with a different regional after this post!

I believe he ended up accepting a class at gojetzzz instead.

Okay then. How else could I have asked a question where I was curious that in this market, you can basically pick and choose between what ever regional you want? The ball is in our court, more or less, and I was curious as to why the OP picked one over the other.

Y'all need to relax. Not everyone is on some kind of attack. We're I just getting into the 121 side of things, this would be one of the places I'd probably be looking at. They are offering a HUGE incentive right now.

So again, tell me why my question was a loaded question? To much reading between the lines maybe? Sometimes, things just mean what they mean.

Ok, so what are the advantages and disadvantages of Endeavor, for someone who is contemplating a regional move.

I picked 9E because of the bonus, that I live about 5 minutes from HQ, could get MSP based, the training department was overhauled, and the management seems to have made huge QOL changes. That and all the people that I personally know that HATED Pinnacle told me that it was a good move to make and that the airline was changing for the better. Just my experience and .02.

Now it looks like MSP CRJ-200 reserve time is down to 3-4 months. Hopefully a sign that the movement here is about to start!

That's my situation, I'm barely flying where I'm at, no 121 upgrade for years due to regulatory requirements. I live 10 minutes from DTW at this point and would really like to avoid commuting. Just one of the things that has pushed me towards considering 9E.

Sounds like a good deal. Keep up posted on how it goes.
