Just on the folks driving along on a major highway?
Just so we're clear... because you keep using the term major highway. The A27 is a 40mph "dual carriage way" with stop lights.. which is fairly normal around airports.

Except people are generally afraid of wasp's.![]()
Get the feeling that this thread has turned into nothing more than a few people poking these things with a stick.
According to the statistics in this thread, there is about a 2% chance of seeing an accident at an airshow.
Does that surprise you?

And Light sport.Ok.
It appears there is a loophole then with the glider rules and medical certification.
Living leads to death! Ban living!! Do that and everything else just kinda takes care of itself.
Except people are generally afraid of wasp's.
The WASP's in this thread, everyone rolls their eyes when they start flapping their gums.
But you are farther off base than the Vice article.
And Light sport.
And I guess YMMV, but the people who DGAF since we're not going around policing it anyways. I can't remember ever seeing a fed at a class G airport.
If he would take up, "BASS" lessons or, learn to catch, "BASS", he could be a good musician and score with hot chicks, and or, become a great fisherman and maybe having his own outdoor fishing TV show. Either way, it may take his mind off of trivial, extremely petty things like, "Data" and "Stats". However, we must keep in mind that playing a BASS guitar could lead to blisters on fingers and BASS fishing could lead to being stuck by a fishing hook.
hmm....
Guess these 2 things are next on the chopping block......
I posted this link for him. He took it from there to extrapolate a 2% chance of seeing an accident. And notice that's what he keeps saying, seeing an accident. Not a two percent chance of injury or death. As the only civilian deaths listed in the tables are from the Reno race in 2011. The rest are deaths or injuries to performers. There have also been numerous changes made to Reno as a result of that accident. It also isn't considered an air show.Just so we're clear... because you keep using the term major highway. It's about saving the children.
Why are you against saving the children?

You're making Ty Pennington cry because you're against saving the babies at dangerous, deadly airshows.
Why? What a world.
What a world.
