AA/US-AW. Now the fun begins.

Can you explain this a little more? You were hired after 12/9/13 or before? How are LUS guys hired in 13 so much better off? I'm hearing a lot of talk about 13 hires at LAA vs LUS. Having a hard time getting my head around the methodology and the heartburn. Also, @ATN_Pilot @Seggy arent constructive notice pilots (2/13 and after) usually slotted DOH? I know the snapshot date is different than that.
They normally are. That is what I was hoping for.

Good news AA did have only a few classes before I was on property.

On a side note AA has hired a TON since I got on property, so I am very lucky in that respect. I'm also lucky it's DOH for me, as I was worried they would slot us in. AA has hired something like 1000 guys since Dec 9, (I started early 2014) US 300-ish.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but a budding of mine who was TWA, said he had a Native ask him how he'd like to see the SLI go. He said he hoped that all of AA got stapled to the bottom so that they could get a taste of their own medicine. He also told me that the conversation ended there.

We have a pilot here from XJT. Her husband was a XJT FO who was hired at AA in 2014. Currently a DFW MD80 F/O. Born 1989. He just won at life.

They hand these out in new hire classes?
