Any Frontier guys here?

You forgot: "I hope" :)

No hope needed, you just need to look at the trend. All the inter-California flying is being redirected to PHX vs LA. It will be a west coast connecting hub like Charlotte is on the east coast.

Does Frontier participate in ZED fare program?
Do you get paid during training? Hotel cost?
I know there is a pay bump coming up in 2016 does anyone know how much that pay increabe would be?

Frontier has agreements with a decent amount of airlines for ZED fares. You are paid min guarantee for training and if you get sim somewhere other than Denver you will receive per diem. Most people stayed at the Staybridge across the street from headquarters but some used crashpads as well. The pay snap backs don't effect first year pay unfortunately.

Pretty much every US carrier except Delta. @Derg ?

Staybridge is the way to go, free dinner & drinks most weeknights. Most guys stay there so better study opportunities.

It was pretty nice to have the free food and drinks, not saying the company lodging system is perfect or acceptable but it is what it is. Makes it easy to make new friends and meet other crew members....they are the ones swarming to the free food/booze like a pack of hungry lions

Truth. Grats on the other thing too!

With the slowdown in hiring and upgrades over the new year this upgrade time will slip backwards again. Heard recently that upgrade classes will begin again in June.

I would like to go to F9 but I am concerned about their longterm stability. How senior s DEN? Ideally I would like to be working for a great company and based in DEN but I am hesitant to get too excited about F9. Southwest maybe? United?
Any Ideas?

DEN is senior. And will be for a long time. Can't answer the rest for you. I will be curious to see long term how spirit and frontier eats away at SWA market.
