SWA Asst DXer schedule and pay?

Does anyone know their work schedule/shift rotation ? (Include the assistants)
6 on 3 off, 6 on 3 off, 6 on 6 off. 8.5 hour days. Assistants in OJT stick to that pretty well. Once you upgrade to full dispatcher, you'll be on reserve and you won't see anything resembling the aforementioned schedule (most likely.)

Slightly off topic but any of you SWA folks care to chime in or have knowledge about the ATC Mgr position? PM's are welcome as well.

This position is within ATC Systems and not within Dispatch/NOC (Network Operations Control). It reports to the Director of Traffic Flow Management.

Man, I wish I made 20+ an hour as an assistant dispatcher (although they recently changed my position to an operations agent...). It certainly wouldn't hurt where I live, considering COL up here.

Got that one right. I don't always mind it, but it does get old when you wear several hats but they still expect you to get your main job done, but can't because you're being buried by several projects.

A little of it is my fault, I admit that. But it definitely gets old.
