So under the old contract a step one Dispatcher made $5,087 per month and the Assistant Dispatcher made 74% of that which is $3,764.38 per month. Which breaks down to $23.52/hour for a 160 hour work month. Am I reading that correctly?

Someone had mentioned earlier in the year that Assistant Dispatcher's made around $55,000 per year which would be around $4,580 per month. There seems to be a disparity. Will someone clarify if able?

That's the base pay. There are, um, other factors that make up what you'll actually get in a paycheck. The second number you've come up with is closer to accurate and it'll be even higher starting June 1st.
