PSA Street Captains?

Related to the subject of pilot shortage and regional pay.
All legacy carrier pilots with FFD partners, raise your hands if you think regional pay is too low.
Okay everyone with their hand up, keep your hands raised if you want your airline's current profits to be given to your FFD partners so they can pay their pilots more instead of going toward a bonus or increased pay for you.
I thought so. If I could attach an audio it would be the sound of crickets.

Dude, I've been up flying all night. I'm exhausted. I simply have no patience for having my posts spun into something they aren't.

So yes, everyone wins the Internet today. Good night.
That right there is why, in spite of connections, I never tried to go the cargo route. Sit at a panel flying backside of the clock at my age? Too exhausted during the day to bug my wife and kids or respond to pointless discussions on a website? No thanks. Can't pay me enough.

I flew with a guy who was barely over 5' tall that would reach for the gear handle from the left seat like a kid at a baseball game struggling to get an autograph.

"Do you want me to get that for you?"

Now that's funny. I'm surprised he didn't include that in his standard brief, "And I don't reach for things, so get used to pulling your own gear."

As a short person I am offended by all of you tall people.
My wife is so short her arm length was initially too short for flight school. A sympathetic flight surgeon asked her how much she wanted flight school. A lot, she responded. He told her to sit tight. He came back with the two biggest male nurses he could find and said "This may hurt a little." She stood against the wall, one grabbed her right wrist, the other her left wrist, they yanked hard and she passed. Barely.

Phew. That started out like a movie I saw once. Glad it took a different turn.
