By change their business model you mean cut wages in half to compete with the AMF bid?
Like I said, I am under the impression they were offered the DHL planes (Metros) and contract out of CVG before AMF and they didn't want to take that type of flying.

Just saw an ad on the orange site for 1900 drivers with a new retention bonus up to $12,000. Can anyone in the know elaborate on the new retention program? Is it for all airframes?

$4000 for 4 months, for the next year, more or less.

5/1/15 - 8/31/15 : $4000
9/1/15 - 12/31/16 : $4000
1/1/16 - 4/30/16 : $4000

The memo also says that they plan to start allowing people to use their vacations again in the near future, and to improve the QoL.

PA-31 is a $9k bonus, BE99 is a 10k, Bro Skipper is $13.5 and Bro FO is $6k.

Cool, thanks for the info guys. Yes that whole vacation time thing sounds odd. I guess they are just short staffed.

Anyone know what the typical work schedule world be for a SJU based BE99 pilot? M-F every week or do you get any other time off? (Like two weeks on, one off or anything like that).

They have been short staffed for years. Their expansion has made things even worse which is a good problem, but I don't see AMF flourishing with applicants unless they up the salary ranges.

They have. A first year f.o. is making 30k a year now. Including the New retention bonus.

There's plenty still. Training can't keep up with attrition at the moment. The pass rate isn't great either

I'm talking a real raise across the board. That pay raise was very small and way late. The bonus is great but those can go away at any time. I'm not sure how much incentive that is for people to stay.
