For you Part 91ers how are your salaries raised from year to year?
Ours are the same. Last year was 5% bonus and a 7% raise.The company I work for now is the only experience I have but, we typically get the the same raise as the rest of the salaried employees. Last year it was 2.7 (I think)

Let's face it, the pay at your current shop is so complicated you'll never know if they're screwing you...We cut a roughly 2% paycut(1% raise adjusted for inflation) every year. It's the only issue I have at my current shop.

Not really. If you managed 4th grade math, you can understand our pay. Must be simpler once you get into it, I just remember seeing the spreadsheet at the interview with daily pay, overnight pay, per diem, early callout, and maybe some other stuff? and going "so, uh, about what does that come out to for most people in an average year?"Not really.
