Part 91 Salary raises

The company I work for now is the only experience I have but, we typically get the the same raise as the rest of the salaried employees. Last year it was 2.7 (I think)

Ours are the same. Last year was 5% bonus and a 7% raise.

I am embarrassed to say how well I did this year. It was a substantial raise and a substantial bonus. I guess I've been putting in time at the hangar making sure everything was perfect but wow.

For us it depends on how the company is doing. My first to second year bump was HUGE, last year was about 6%.

5k after my first year then 3% per year plus 5k every 5 years is what I'm set up on. Also got a bonus this year.

We cut a roughly 2% paycut(1% raise adjusted for inflation) every year. It's the only issue I have at my current shop.

Let's face it, the pay at your current shop is so complicated you'll never know if they're screwing you...
Not really. If you managed 4th grade math, you can understand our pay. It's a daily rate made up of 4 variables, 2 of which are constant. 1 is - where are you working and the other is - is that place where you normally are?

Must be simpler once you get into it, I just remember seeing the spreadsheet at the interview with daily pay, overnight pay, per diem, early callout, and maybe some other stuff? and going "so, uh, about what does that come out to for most people in an average year?"
