Brought a momento for my civilian employer.
As much as we collectively complain about the 'Company' the people who have worked with me while being on extended leave have been above and beyond exemplary.
I plan on presenting it to them when I get back shortly.

Honestly not sure. It was a few hundred miles west of Puerto Rico near ship channel cay I think.
Man, that thing looks tired. How long was the list of MEL's?
We have had 29.70 inches of rain so far for January. A little blue sky was nice to see.

That one is the first Garrett powered van and a A model (sn#22). It was the Aero Twin prototype with the TPE331-12 derated to 850hp. We also have a Grand with the Aero Twin 950 conversion.

So to give you an idea, I worked the ramp with those. The ramp was pitted where the tail and gear was due to drips. We had a problem with the rudder one night and I had to help mx with the belt loader get up to his panel. 30 minutes at -35 ish temp and a wind of around 20 kts. Got back inside, my hands felt cold. The skydrol had eaten through it, about 2 inches of nylon and padding. I didn't even realize it. That stuff is serious business. I walked around a lot wider after that. That also explained the hats, as they would get frayed easily and fall apart. Hats lasted a lot longer once I started walking wide.
