Yeahh well I think I get to go up again later this week...I'll try to take pics and what not.
Didn't know a Cessna 172 could fly at 30kts.
A little slow to recover on that 2nd spin, letting the airspeed hit Vne.
Lightly loaded and in the cold I've had a 172S as low as 25 indicated and still hanging on. Just barely.
I did 25 knots groundspeed backwards according to the approach controller... the AHRS went absolutely apenuts.I've never seen the transponder go back to GND mode during slow flight. The AHRS, on the other hand, starts getting confused below 25 kts GS or so...
We got the CRJ 200 down to 85 knots indicated in the simulator during a banking pushover.Any airplane can fly at 30 knots. Ground or indicated.
