I know H.T.M.L. (How To Meet Ladies)
This afternoon the 9E MEC sent out an e-mail with highlights of a Tentative Agreement to modify the Endeavor to Delta Bridge Agreement to ALL 9E pilots.
Some highlights include...
- Single day interview process
- 32 CAs/32 FOs interviewed every month
- 144 pilots to go to Delta in 2015, increase to 180 in 2016
- Pilots offered a second interview may do so after 6 months (originally 12)
- FOs with CJOs will not move to Delta as long as there are CAs with CJOs waiting for class
In addition to the above program the company is offering the retention bonus of $30,000 over 2 years, pro-rated for new hires, with staggered pay out dates.
ALPA expects all pilots currently on list will have opportunity to interview within 18-24 months.
