So SSP is compact, uSSP is subcompact, and DGI is full?
 
They could just do one thing for the whole list. Might make things simpler. But then someone would probably feel like someone else is getting a better deal and complain. A lot.

Because a 3 tiered system isn't already a sure fire way to make sure people complain?

Like I've said before they could pay us all $1 mil/year with guaranteed 18 days off including weekends and the majority would still complain.
