Practical joke on the wife

So I thought I would play a trick on the wife today. She does not like any of the ghost shows on tv. She calls them "creepy". So I took a toothpick and scratched "GET OUT!" in a banana I packed in her lunch. By the time she saw it it looked like this. She freaked and threw it out. :D

Y'ever seen that episode of Mr. Wizard where he uses a needle and thread to slice a banana while it's still unpeeled? Owns

(seriously, @Derg, where's that peanut butter jelly dancing banana? you have no higher priorities!)

Not bad.
About 10 years ago the ex woke me because she heard a sound. I went to investigate and decided to have some fun. From one of the other bedrooms I screamed and started banging on things as if there were an intruder I were fighting. made it sound as if I were losing and then went silent. Then with a heavy foot walked back to our bedroom and found her in the closet where she had pee'd herself. I thought it was hysterical at the time, but realized pretty soon how crappy that was.

If only we had a peanut butter jelly dancing banana to accurately depict our emotions in iconic form.

Scaring the wife, on purpose...

Bold move Cotton, lets see how it works out for him.
Her coworker saw it first and was unsure about the whole thing. "Amber, why does the banana say "GET OUT"?
"WHAT!?" Ooh that's creepy.

Then she text me that picture. She and her coworkers thought it was hysterical.
She has a fun sense of humor.

Curious about the packing your wife's lunch. How'd that come about?

If I did that for my wife she would constantly complain about what I "packed" . She wouldn't be grateful for me actually doing it.

I do it to be nice and she's busy at work at a school as an Asst Director. We wake up at the same time via either alarm. The cell phone alarm or....the four legged alarm. She'll either bang her tail on the bed next to me or jump on the bed all happy.

Abby.

So while she's upstairs getting ready I just get her lunch ready and remote start the car to make things easier. No previous jokes and she appreciates it.

You're talking about the dog, right? :)

I LOVE vague pronoun references!

(We have a 4-legged alarm right now in the form of a very, very, very insistent tabby who is about to learn the definition of low-earth orbit.)
