Auto Pilot Usage

I'm sure that the folks in Toronto also love it when I check in... Toronto Center, 404 checkin' in three-six-zero...'eh

One of these days I'm going to make a strong effort to get the last word in with them. I imagine it'll go something like this:

"Puddle jumper 123 FL330"

YYZ - "advise you have information alpha"

"We have alpha"

YYZ - "roger"

"Roger"

YYZ - 'ger

"Roger"

YYZ - 'ger

"Roger "

Well...you get the idea.

Also in this thread, several times it was mentioned that hand flying burnt more fuel. Any source? I would like to see how that statistic was measured.
 
I had @dasleben in back today. And I kicked the autopilot off on the downwind.

I'm dangerous.
I actually didn't notice you kick it off. Pretty dang smooth.
