One of these days I'm going to make a strong effort to get the last word in with them. I imagine it'll go something like this:

"Puddle jumper 123 FL330"

YYZ - "advise you have information alpha"

"We have alpha"

YYZ - "roger"

"Roger"

YYZ - 'ger

"Roger"

YYZ - 'ger

"Roger "

Well...you get the idea.

The number I gave came from Boeing's engineering department specifically for our 717 fleet.

I don't have those numbers, but it's unlikely to be much different. Something around 1-2% is probably consistent across most aircraft.
