Ameriflight is Hiring Part 135 Captains - ABQ and CVG

IMHO all of the bases had their own unique set of challenges. I flew out of just about all of them at one time or another.

We're having an open house!

I need to re-watch 'Space: Above & Beyond'. Awesome show that was cancelled way too soon. The final episodes were some of the best Pre-Firefly SciFi I've ever seen.

Slightly off-topic: The AMF-Parade was pretty entertaining in ABQ yesterday. Cutter was swamped but handling it well.

Is South officially gone now?

How many hours per year on average at AMF ?

Depends a lot on the run, it can vary widely, some runs it is only an hour a day 5 days a week, so you are blocking maybe 20-25 hours a month, I know some of the runs in PR are the longest in the system, personally I am blocking about 80/month on my run.

What are the Brasilia bases? Do you hire captains directly into the Brasilia?
Not that I'm aware of. 4 years plus to get one in the states. With some luck you can get into it in less than 2 years if you go to the BQN base, and maybe try to get to the states later. I have doubts of that working though. I haven't tried, but I don't want to either. These runs are better.
