Ameriflight is Hiring Part 135 Captains - ABQ and CVG

Far different now compared to when I was hired in 09. When their job opening was online in one day, they received over 100 applicants. They chose to interview around 40, and selected 15 that were split into 2 classes. I was very proud to be in that class considering I was furloughed for 6 months.

Now I can fly into Columbus, have them see me gear up my aircraft, show them my resume with my BE-1900 type, and get hired on the spot. LOL

It was the same in 06-07. All just a big cycle.

It's a part-time on-call position for someone local to DFW. We've had a pretty good response so far, and we've reached out to a few people. Not much information on schedule, due to the nature of PTOC. The King Air 200 flies charter and the executive team around, typically to BUR and Florida, sometimes the Atlantic northeast.
