Ask about endeavor getting rumors from management that they may be ready to restore pre-bankruptcy wages. They can't hire or retain well enough on their crap contract.
Was told our MEC heard about this just a few hours ago.

Eagle Lounge sounds just as bad as airlink pilots. At least you guys have positive rumors about us. Our current rumor is "MSP is shutting down."

It was in an email from a corporate officer which I have since seen myself. Restoration of pre-bankruptcy wages is being discussed. I really don't care what their union has or hasn't been told yet.

That's not the rumor I heard. What I heard is that a friend of a another friends sister that works in sanitary services at LAX overheard someone in the bathroom talking about how Endeavor is buying Delta, and of course.... They're going to staple them to the bottom of the seniority list!
True story! Or so I've heard.

JA/MY/NH would be remiss not to bring the pre-BK rates up in discussions of how to retain and attract when new hires and FO's are needed to keep the flying,that we must give away due to staffing. If they were saying anything else... A recall movement would be underway. Some don't like the officers, but I know em all personally. They know what the line is screaming. Mgmt has known that issues in hiring would ensue, and now DL sees it too. Finally. 5 a month doesn't cut it when 400 are needed for the year, and approved per DL.

Something has to give. It's simple math if you extrapolate the results going forward. Pay to play.
 
So who's gonna harass them in the DTW crew room visit tomorrow? I'll be sitting ready reserve in the corner with my frozen leftovers.
