well, first you have to get "there"...where these people for whom you hold such contempt are.

Then you have to do well "there", then you have to get lucky and have some good things happen. I made Captain in 18 months at a regional...don't count on that, LOL. Then you have to not screw up and THEN you have to do well on another interview. If you have the attitude where the job you have doesn't matter, only the job you're going to get, it'll be easy to see right through you.

I'm not saying this for you to read, because it is apparent that you don't have very good comprehension, I'm laying this out there for those quietly watching who may think that you have the right approach. I would hate for them to be influenced by someone that so lacks situational awareness in his surroundings as you have demonstrated here, or shows such a lack of compassion for others to be so flagrant and righteous with your misguided attitude.

Even if you don't plan on being somewhere for long, try to leave it better than you found it...not worse.

That's what's appealing about PSA to me. With their guaranteed interview, I'll just have to "do my time" till my number comes up, then interview at mainline and sayonara bye bye to the regionals.

or even folks from PSA because without that guaranteed interview with ONE regional, you're gonna need a plan B...and you've likely already got their attention.

NEVER go somewhere because they offer a guaranteed interview. There are much better options out there for regionals to work for than PSA. Go somewhere that has better qol and pay. You will be MUCH happier.

Doug, you should know better than most. Since we are both a minority status, our selection and screening will be handled "differently" than your standard WASP.

Believe it or not, your status doesn't get any special treatment. Ya'll are a dime a dozen, right up there with us good ol' white boys at airlines.
