What Happened with TSA?BUMP. Mine is on Thursday. Shall I expect to see you there?
I have an interview with Silver coming up this next week. When I received the call and scheduled the interview, it seemed very straight forward but if anyone has any tips, suggestions, or an overview on what to expect it would be most appreciated.
A lot. More than I would be willing to put on a public forum without going to a PM only. What Happened with TSA?
That is indeed how it works, yes sir. 2-on-1, then once you walk out of the interview room there are 2 computers, you sit down immediately at one of those, do the written (no time limit), then let one of the recruiters know, they'll verify your score, wait in the "holding tank". Then, you go into the sim, do your thing, and they will call ya' later. Oh, and they give you the PRIA paperwork to fill out after the sim which you can fax it back, do it right there, or bring it back later. They prefer you just do it there and ask questions instead of guessing, obviously..

Based on what I have seen in STL I would belevie just about anything as far as TSA training.A lot. More than I would be willing to put on a public forum without going to a PM only.
I had 1900TT 102 multiWhat were your times when you applied? Curious to see who is getting called up.
Ctab is a Captain there, IIRC.
End of April for the B1900 from what I was told. It is based off seniority, and because I'll probably be one of the younger ones in class (27 y/o) I'll probably get a B1900... But, there are FO's on the Saab bidding captain on the Beech because some FO's on the beech aren't looking at a captain upgrade anytime soon, and are jumping ship... at least that again is what I was told by another pilot at Silver... That was the readers digest version btw...Anyone know when there is a class date scheduled?
So... TO THOSE WHO DIDN'T PASS THE WRITTEN, OR DID: I just got a call from HR, and they were asking me my honest opinion on the written test, so I told them what I felt. They are inviting people back who got a high 70% that failed by a question or 2 to retake the test, do the sim, and go from there.
The test HAS in fact been worded to more easily understand what's going on in the question. I'll be interested to hear how the new test is for those that take it...
